Williamson Park Wedding Inspiration
A romantic fairytale wedding shoot took place within a stunning 54-acre park in the historical city of Lancaster in Lancashire. Built by Lord Ashton as a memorial tribute to his late wife.
The stunning building features a copper-domed roof alongside panoramic views from the 4 balconies make it the perfect romantic wedding venue.
We wanted to create a soft pastel summery colour palette for this shoot using shades of lilac, blush pink, and mid-blue.
For the flowers Belinda from @flowerbflorist created an eye-catching 10ft ceremony archway with matching floor arrangements lining the wedding aisle using a selection of seasonal flowers including scented sweet peas, roses and lilac gypsophila.
Our real-life models Moira and Tighe were dressed by @mearsgyllbridal and @jakesandco.
Moria had 3 looks for the shoot the first was a modern strapless bodice and full box pleated skirt by Mia Mia. Then 2 classic dresses a dreamy tulle and lace A-line number and a simple elegant crepe fishtail.
Tighe wore a 3 piece beige suit paired with a pastel lilac tie.
Our talented hair and make-up team @natashaarchermakeup and @hair_bykelly1 created a natural relaxed look with loose fresh plait and glowing natural makeup.
We also had the cutest wedding car ever! A vintage little blue Fiat 500 by @florancefiat500 which was styled with matching fresh flowers arrangements with the stunning Ashton memorial as the perfect backdrop.
Oh, how beautiful is that gypsophila wedding arch?
Champagne towers make for a really fun moment, which are also great for candid photos.
How gorgeous is this bow veil?! Wow.
Such a dreamy shoot! Thanks ever so much to the whole brilliant team below for showcasing these Williamson Park wedding ideas with us.
