A note from the florist Claire…
We want the enchanting, whispers of the blooms to guide you into your dream wedding day! It was a great honor to be asked to put together designs for the House of Boêmia shoot. With the vision board sent to me I knew that this was going to fit our style well.
I chose a colour palette that was rich and deep in order to capture the witchy vibes. There’s nothing better than working together with you to bring your dreams to life. You are on an extraordinary adventure together so let’s make it one to remember!
A note from the photographer Aurora…
I’m always inspired by a love story and nothing beats a soft candlelit romance, with love notes embedded in tiny creations; the flicker of jewellery, deep colours in winter flowers and elegant fabrics sweeping between two people in love.
It was easy to get creative on this day, with so much artistry surrounding us and a soft winter storyline of a burning fire, delicate touches and feel-it-in-your-belly laughter.
The Dotti Cake Company created a nature-inspiring cake that’s bursting with vibrant colours, adding a delightful pop to the overall aesthetic.
How Rachel created the perfect hairstyle for an enchanting vibe…
I created two relaxed styles in total, one for the bride and one for the bridesmaid. When it comes to hair, I’m texture all the way, loose, relaxed, effortless looking, with a modern twist.
For the brides hair style I created a half up and half down style with voluminous waves to create more of a dramatic look. However, the bespoke crown was the icing on top of the cake, finishing the overall look perfectly. I really wanted to create a hairstyle that complemented her dress and the overall aesthetic.
For the bridesmaids hair style I created cascading waves that were loose and softly textured. Through the back of the hair I added a few modern twists placing a stunning celestial headpiece on top.
Wow wee, how gorgeous was that?!
A massive thank you goes to the epic creative team below for sharing these stunning celestial and witchy winter wedding ideas with us.
